As for the Grubs, May is the best time BUT if we get a dry spell then I have to water it in.
So with the r*in in the forecast It went down today a couple days early.
I also edged the lawn along the sidewalk today and sure enough the grubs were there!
I put a bag of Grub killer down 3X a year, Now> end May and June!
The nicer the lawn, the more you have to protect it
If not the moles come, followed by the skunks.Been down that road>
A spray is the best broadleaf weed killer cause it smothers the weeds dead from the top down. You also can put down a pre-emergent like Scotts Halts which puts a barrier on the soil that doesn't let the weed seed germinate.Sir Wanksalot wrote:i here ya. my naybor sucks at his lawn and all his dandy lions come all over mine. its two dark now, but ill take a pic of this doods parcelAtomic1 wrote:Had a Golden Lab for 11 years and a long haired Tabby for 18 but no more pets now.

You should have picked those dandelions before they started flowering. Dandelion salad is mighty good but you have to get the plants before they start flowering; otherwise they get too bitter.Sir Wanksalot wrote:i here ya. my naybor sucks at his lawn and all his dandy lions come all over mine. its two dark now, but ill take a pic of this doods parcelAtomic1 wrote:Had a Golden Lab for 11 years and a long haired Tabby for 18 but no more pets now.
