Or def. lineman as I guess they're going to address those needs via free agency. As for the Yankees , you need to have a lead in games to use that bullpen and so far that's not happening which is ok with me !
You actually put any faith in Kiper.

When has he ever been right ?

A tad ouy of date but it's gotten worse since this was written.

Yea, why not . I can only go by what I read since I don't follow College football to the level of knowing all those players. Speaking of knowing players and keeping this thread baseball related it's interesting to note that every position player in the Red Sox starting line-up this weekend came up through the organization even though Hanley Ramirez left and came back years later. Betts, Bradley and Holt in the OF and Shaw, Bogaerts, Pedroia and Ramirez along with Vazquez the Catcher all came up thru the system . Not bad , especially for a Red Sox team !

So what's up with the Yankees? They looked pretty old this weekend. Teixeira and Beltran are done after 2016. CC gets his $25 million in 2017 if he stays off the DL this year. ARod is done after 2017. Ellsbury is signed through 2020. They'll obviously reload as those expensive guys come off payroll but do they have any talent coming up from the minors?

Sox fans coming out of the woodwork?

Funny that he calls them the Roid Sox when it has been clearly demonstrated that the EE led the world in roid use.

But as that famous NYer George C said, "it's not a lie if you believe it".

No woodwork facade here.
Yanks Suck and will continue to.

The 'everybody else was doing it' or 'we didn't start it' angle doesn't appear to work as a viable defense mechanism.
If Spygate was good for anything, it demonstrates that point pretty clearly.

You Bronx people should prepare for a wicked long season ... Ghost of Steinbrenner stalking Monument alley.
Suggest forming an alliance, or begin voicing support for Flushing Meadow pinstripes.

 Nice batting line-up

How come every post you make concerning baseball always mentions the Yankees in one way or another?

You can't post about the roidsux without mentioning the Yankees. Why is that? Closet Yankee fan?

Why, just in this post alone, you make reference to the Yankees 5 times, and you even threw in a Mets reference. Why so fixated on the NYC teams?

palmiero, sosa, bonds many many more...giambi,a-rod and clemens didn't come up as yankees eithers, ya really think the organization had anything to do with their personal choices regarding the use of PEDs?ya really think schilling had a miraculous natural healing in the bloody sock game? 'roids and 'roid users are plentiful in any recreational gym or AA ball league, college campus' etc...to imagine that in all of pro sports only a few guys from one team are doing ANYTHING that provides ANY kind of advantage is ridiculous, and everyone here should be capable of seeing that...there are plenty of no names, has beens and never was's who've taken that road as well as injured players looking to come back quickly...

What the roidsux fans fail to recognize is that without PED's, they'd still be looking at 1918.

Yea right , and Graig Nettles didn't know the bat was loaded in 1974 when it broke and the Super Balls fell out ! And Whitey Ford didn't load the ball in the 50's-60's , same with Joe Niekro and Gaylord Perry when they pitched for the Yanks at the ends of their careers . What shakes were Reggie Jackson and the boys using in the 70's ? Inquiring minds want answers , and that's before the whole " Steroid era " debacle years came out when the Yanks won many of their Championships . Are the Red Sox also guilty ? YUP and the difference is I can admit it...........
