The Cubs have agreed to a deal to acquire hard-throwing left-hander Aroldis Chapman from the Yankees, a source told MLB.com's Jesse Sanchez. The clubs have not confirmed.

The Yankees will receive a multiplayer package in return for Chapman, headlined by 19-year-old shortstop Gleyber Torres, the Cubs' No. 1 prospect and No. 24 overall per MLB Pipeline.
