We have 3 more spots available. The house is basically empty during the week but probably has on average 4-6 people on the weekends. Christmas / New Years is the busiest week. We’re all friends from MA/CT area but we always welcome new friends. There are two rooms on the first level with a bathroom. One room has two twins and the other has a queen. The upstairs has two rooms and a bathroom as well. A twin bunk with two small twins in the first room and the other has a queen with two small twins. Per our agreement, you are welcome to bring 1 guest whenever you like, just need to make sure the other shareholders have a spot for them first. The $1200 covers the cost of the house plus WiFi, utilities and snow plow service. We are right at the end of the access road next to the hillside inn, a 6-8 minutes shuttle ride to the base lodge. If you do not think you will use the house during the weekends, then the price is $650. Please let me know if you have any other questions. My number is 586-808-0710
