Another of the many joys of being a Boston Pro Sport fan. :Toast

Thursday night, once again, Boston pro sports teams delivered dual victories on the same day. 8)
Vegas runs 'city-lines' routinely. Began following the line on this more than a decade ago.
The betting statistics on this occurring are actually quite good. It can be lucrative.

The real feat is when 3 Boston teams are victorious on the same day.
While the opportunity is rare, the start of hockey and hoop seasons signals big potential.

Despite the multiple combinations, You Nork fans are truly hopeless in this element.
Sadly, the Mets, Jets and even the Nets represent your best bets.
With the Mets still in contention, you still have a week or so to call Vinnie.

Rangers, Islanders, Yankees, Mets, Knicks, Nets, and Bills have all won on the same day, more than twice.

There was a Sunday a bunch of years back when I was part of a "Nork" 3 fer.

Was at Yankee Stadium for a 1pm Yankee playoff game. They won. Made it to Giants Stadium for a 4:25 pm Giants game. They won. Made it to MSG for an 8 pm puckoff for my beloved Blueshirts. They also won.

As for the Boston 2 fer, were you at either? No.

As for the "Nork" 3 fer, I was at all 3.

You lose, but nice try.

Post facts

.. 'bunch of years back' .. the standard position on all NY pro sports.
The 3fecta claim is a stretch, certainly in this day and age. NY teams just don't win
It's apparent that having season tickets to continuous losing impacts one's sanity.

Have only live witnessed a single 2fer .. at the Garden.
That's the arena in Boston with all the championship banners. :barebutt:

Some of us here in Ct. are fans of both a NY team and a Boston team and our best year was 2007 when the Boston Red Sox and N.Y Giants won it all !

Only potential CT sports 2 fer would involve Auriema and Ollie.
CT is part of the DMZ .. not New England .. in the Tri-State 'area'.
Evidently, confusion and schizophrenia are common there.

A little traffic on 17 up to Paramus, but nothing unusual for a Sunday, game day or not.

Loser? Why are you calling me a loser?
