Nice shot Wannabe and CH had a beaut too in the other thread, almost like cheating when shooting pics of MS!

Quite something she's done overall, but K in particular. I think she's said it before, but she does hear the crowd reaction at the intermediate splits, amps her up for sure, that's a bit of local pride right there.

day 2 at tremblant was another gs. brignone won again w gut-behrami 2nd at +.33 and mikaela podiuming at 3rd. there was a delay with about 12 racers to go. snowing hard so suspect it might have been a weather issue. except for brignone, times after the restart were much slower. petra vlhova who had the lead after the first run was 23rd in her 2nd run. mikaela 18th.

americans did well w aj hurt finishing 9th and paula moltzan moved up to 15th after being 26th after run 1.

Shriffin has four podiums in four races over the last two weekends. And leads the overall point count. With 90 wins now, the run to 100 is well under way.

wow great win in an event that's not one of her specialties. narrow margins over goggia and brignone.

Her ability to win in both the technical and the speed events is stunning. We are witnessing something that only comes along in sport a few times in our lifetime.

Wow - 4th in the St. Moritz Super G [in the middle of 4 skiers within about .25 seconds from 2nd to 5th] all of whom were 1 second behind race winner Goggia ! Then the Win in the downhill. Amazing.

Aside from the huge Goggia lead in the Super G, both were very tight races.

Well - Related anyway.

Wendy Holdener out for the season. Broke her ankle in training, or something like that. Sucks when a class contender like her is out for the count.

Good day for the US in the SL in France. Mikaela beat out of a win by Petra Vlhova and Paula Moltzan in 5th. Big gap in time between PV and MS and the rest of the field. These two continue to be on another level in womens SL.
