If I remember, I'll get the bank I used to purchase my house. I think we are at 4.5% with Bank of America. I still need to contact them as they are breaking VT law and not providing us with the required interest on escrow. But, the bank was pretty easy to deal with.

In Chi Town for the weekend, but will try to dig up my contact Sunday night.

I've used Kittredge Mortgage in Manchester, VT for both my original purchase and a refi.

Try GMAC in Rutland. Person I've used is Steve Wolf. Actually they gave me such good service, I refinanced the house in NY through them.
