how's that manafort nothing burger taste? if he's guilty he should be prosecuted, but I doubt he ends up being sentenced as there seems to be much wiggle room there...
Downing said in his Thursday filing that only six prosecutions have been brought for violating FARA in the last 50 years, producing only one conviction.
By pointing out the lack of previous FARA prosecutions, former federal prosecutor Mark Lee, now a white-collar defense lawyer in Philadelphia, said Downing was likely trying to suggest Manafort may not even have known he was violating the law. The section cited by Mueller requires the FARA violation to be “knowing and willful.”
Successfully casting doubt on whether Manafort intentionally violated FARA could knock out the money laundering charge, Lee said.
“If you don’t have a (specific unlawful activity), you can’t by definition have a laundering,” said Lee.
laughing at the article suggesting summer zervos is going to reopen her suit vs trump....
Summer Zervos, one of the women accusing Donald Trump of being inappropriate is being debunked as a hoaxer by her own family. Here's what they're saying about her and why she gave the press conference with Gloria Allred.
meanhwile it's time for mueller to resign as he's involved w uranium one and must remove himself....
time for sessions to go too...just another swamp rat that refuses to prosecute....maybe he's not ready to commit suicide?
speaking of which, how long til donna brazile has an untimely accident? or have we seen the end of the clintonistas ability to influence people?

It's now law, yet. Recall you providing the ACA as a baseline for timing, in which case Trump is behind. The tax bill will be an increase for me (married filling jointly in a red state on one income) .... Many Trump promises are unfulfilled by the tax law in its current form (one of which is the SAHM tax credit).

Madhatter, Highwaystar, Honorable Mr. Moose and others; we're winning Trump's victory over Cankle was a grass roots effort and although small; we worked to save the United States from the snowflakes and won.
Humpty Dumpty is like Socrates. He's a consortium of many... All of the moderators and possibly Brownman Now we have to figure out how many and whom. This may take a while.

well there ya go, taxing the rich ain't so popular when you fall in the rich category now is it? eventually you'll understand why the less govt does the better...
SAHM credit? fvck that....the standard deduction nearly doubled for everyone, stay at home or not... seems fair enough to me...
Only a small percentage (6.5 percent) of the nearly 122 million households in the bottom three quintiles will actually face a tax increase.
Meanwhile, more than 97 million (80 percent) will receive a tax cut. Doing the math the same way the JEC staff did, we come up with an average tax cut of about $450 for those 97 million households.
Indeed, at the far end of the chart, you will see that every quintile on average receives a tax cut — not a tax increase.
In any tax bill, there are going to be winners and losers. The top quintile receives the biggest average tax cut, both in dollars and change in after-tax income — but also has the largest percentage (32.3 percent) of households that will face a tax increase.
careful what you wish for....if your taxes are going up, you haven't been paying your fair share...

It's primarily going up because of the elimination of the state and local tax deduction (SALT). So I'm paying taxes on income that's already going to SALT.
