Refs determined the out come with 40+ foul calls and a crucial missed call.

That was Gonzaga's game to lose and they lost it.

Yes, lots of whistles, but calls were bad both ways.
The game was lost in the first 3 minutes of the 2nd half.
Tarheel heritage appeared and badly spooked Gonzaga.
My surprise was seeing no MJ in the house.

The young kid Collins is worth watching
Goss was Zags heart and soul.
The rest of 'em .. nada.

He's not their star, but he's usually better than he was the other night. 1-8 on FGs is poor - he's usually 50% or higher on FG. Not to mention he missed several easy shots early on in the first half.

Friars are a mediocre team, so just how good is V.

Good enough to beat a mediocre team but going forward, could be in for a short trip.

They looked pretty good after Providence gave them the wake-up call.

Villanova got the#1 seed. They're not the 2016 team though, that's for certain. Can they make it to the sweet 16? We'll see.
