The good news: You can walk to the top fairly quickly.
The bad news: The top isn't that far up.

The top of the pile is now at about even with the top tower gun. Most snow is firm moon crusted brown, but the track left by the slalom course is fresh white, soft creamy corn. You get about 15 good turns on mellowed bumps. Fun. Only 2 other skiers while I was there. Latest I think I've ever skied in VT. Snowshed Bike and Brew looked busy.

The rest of Superstar is gone except a similar sized patch just above Launch Pad.

Did you take it vertically with an IPhone? If so, you need to put it through Irfanview or something similar and save it again. I have learned to take pictures horizontally if I want to upload them to Kzone.

Here's to you Mr " We won't be up much this summer but we're up here the very next weekend after the lifts closed to mow the lawn at our ski house because I didn't do a good enough job on it last time we were here and I might as well hike and ski superstar with the dog since we all have to be here on june 10th anyway"

you sir are a true inspiration to skiers everywhere...

You might consider a poncho.

I couldn't make it on June 10th to ski with Mr. Moose due to an eye problem, but I was able to get a few "Runs" in on June 4, 5, 7, 9, 11, and 12.

After the 12th the patch was a little too small for my taste.

Still enjoy watching the remaining dedicated that can be seen on the Superstar Webcam.

Also chatted with a few non-locals, some of whom had never seen snow. They like to walk up to the snow patch, and take a few pics.

All good vibes for the Killington Glacier.
