It must be August as the annual Summer whine fest is kicking into gear. Outrage over 30 year old expansion plans that have yet to show any progress is reaching new highs. Snowdon Quad has been all greased up ready to shower on the returning faithful. Legendary Killington terrain remains unchanged. A nice early season snowfall will swing the stoke in the right direction. Winter in August celebration next Tuesday from 5-8 kicks off the season for the local Rutland crowd.

If it makes anyone feel better, the peak lodge got a fresh coat of paint and signage. :banana:

I wonder what the signage was for - perhaps some directions on how to leave the peak area without experiencing the sewage stench?

To be fair, I do not encounter it as often as I used to when the lodge was new. Maybe some remediation was done.

Yes, nothing like some fresh snow to make us all forget the little sh*t.
