Sugarloaf will keep the lifts running during the eclipse. Uphill travel will not be permitted however. They are in the path of totality.

We have a few friends coming in and are going to drive the 40+ miles to get to totality. It's not like this comes along all that often, and this one is literally in our backyard. From what I've seen the difference between 98.7 and 100% is like, well, ... night and day. Maybe night and dusk. Would you want to get 98.7% of the way to the lift on a powder day?

The best Bay one on Monday won't be in Bay One.

Are lifts opening at 8 am on Monday?

The app is showing everything opening at 8 other than the Gondi and canyon?

I’m heading to get a spot at bay one
