The bar on long sands that opens up and it feels like you're right on the water. Very nice people. Much better than the old "shell Emporium building". I was banned from the Aqua lounge for 20years. York is one of the best family friendly places. Near the Nubble there is a section called Concordville. Many people from Concord, NH have 2nd homes there. That's why it's so nice. :wink

There's only one that retained a good share of land... The old barn is know many, many Condos. The 4 "help" houses are now Camps.

Fun fact: The family of the builders found an old document that showed they owned a good part of the peninsula. Good for a cool...

I don't own it. Butt, I've restored the entire exterior over the last 40 years...

The old parable: "You never do any think [sic] drunk, you don't want to do when you're stoned".

However, the law does not allow for this defense.

That was funny to re-read (though I still can't decide how to vote)...I'll usually be at the surfing area at Long Sands at the end of Beacon st. (lifeguard stand #4) once ski season stops. My daughter was thinking of buying me a new cooler, but even if she does, I'll cover that one up with ski stickers also- I should be easy to spot (especially if I park my Jeep Renegade there, that too has ski stickers).
