Bachelor screwed up if this story is accurate. They should’ve offered some passes or new gear and keep everyone happy. Maybe that’s what the suit aims to achieve. Still BS to sue for 129k though.

I’d be mighty pissed if I were in that families shoes.... especially if Powdr offered nothing as an apology. As you mentioned if they had been offered some season passes or something on the spot, it possibly could have been resolved.
