We Are talking about POWDR. All they had to do on another problem was publicly apologize and pay for legal fee which was less than $1K . That is now a large suit and POWDR seems to be still fighting it.

It's the cost of doing business. It has been accrued for. My concern is are there many of these for large $? Are they insured against. Maybe, just self insured, butt I doubt it. :?
