Huh. I just took a look at Comey's actual testimony. Turns out Zero Hedge lied. Comey was asked about one on one meetings, not a meeting with other people as the Rice email suggests:

No. Dinner, no, I had two one on ones with President Obama I laid out in my testimony, one to talk about law enforcement issues, law enforcement and race, an important topic throughout for me, and for the President, and then once very briefly for him to say good-bye.

Look, I think you're wrong, and he's still talking about one on one meetings based on the context, but even if you are right, so what? You still have Rice's word against Comey's word, and if you believe Rice, do you then also believe her when she says Obama wanted the investigation to be by the book? Because again, that completely contradicts your overall point.

And as to the source of the email, I know it's Daily Caller because I cited to the article above. Nothing in the Daily Caller article suggests or even hints that Comey lied to Congress. That came from the Zero Hedge article that came up when I googled your quoted text. Zero Hedge in fact is one of the few sources that is even claiming that Comey lied to congress. Nobody with any credibility is reporting that Comey lied.

I'm not sure why I'm even bothering. You're going to believe whatever you want regardless of the facts. But I do appreciate you bringing these things up because it forces me to look into things. I now know that sources like ZH have zero credibility, and more and more it appears that the FBI's investigation into Trump's Russia connections was being done by the book and Trump is the one making purely politically motivated attacks on the FBI because he doesn't like where it's going.
