Ron Kill and his wife, Jane, might be the friendliest people in Minnesota, which is saying something. They’ve been Vikings season ticket holders for 15 years and have seen plenty of opposing fan bases come and go without much torment. But when their son and daughter-in-law went to the NFC championship game in Philadelphia two weeks ago and told them their personal horror stories—bottles thrown, foul language, intimidation and threats—it was too much to take.

Secondhand accounts from events occurring in Philadelphia and recycled references to old articles. Is this it? Surely given the atrocities there must be something besides someone saying they were 'scared'. Sniff sniff.

I guess to a true Iggles fan only bodies in the streets qualify.

One must be an objective reader these days ... a few obvious questions should jump out to you:

1 - Why is the article published on February 2nd? This is nearly two weeks after the game in Philly.
2 - Why is the article quoting Ron and Jane Kill? The story is about their son and daughter-in-law (DIL) ... shouldn't they be quoted?
3 - The author says Ron and Jane are telling their son and DIL horrors of bottles being thrown, foul language, intimidation and threats. However, no quotes from Ron and Jane corroborate these horrors. Ron and Jane only tell about how their son was 'afraid', was 'harassed' while wearing a Vikings jersey in Philly (duh?), and observed children 'taunting' Vikings players.
4 - The author quotes Timothy Lindman who experiences were limited only to reading about them in the news. Why does the author cite quotes from someone who wasn't even there?

At least we know Tim loves folk that like to go sunfishing.

The two, son and DiL are in hiding due to being scared by the obvious trauma that was fostered on them.

Will probably never be the same again.

Low life Eagles fans are well documented and common knowledge. They act like they've never been there before.....because they haven't!

NFC EAST SUPERBOWL CHAMPIONS:
Dallas Cowboys - 5
Washington Redskins - 4
New York Giants - 3
Philthidelphia Eagles - PHUCKING ZERO!

12 Superbowl rings combined, Eagles - 0.

A 4th rate football team for a 4th rate city.

Eagles did win but hardly ate up the GOAT.

28/48 505 yards with 3 tds is hardly getting eaten.

yeah that's about pathetic...the pats didn't play well enough to win, but neither did the eagles...the sack on brady was key, they get credit for that...

I'd say to eagles fans to try and act like ya been there before but nevermind...

OK, so 1 every 50 something years. About time Philthy started carrying some of the load in this conference of champions!

Can't take anything away from the dirty birds this year, they earned it and were the best team in football at the right time. Great offense, great QB, great backup QB, great defense, and great coach. I especially like the coach and Nick Foles is a stud and seems like a good dude too. Good for them, they earned it, just can't stand Eagles fans who think verbally assaulting and harassing people and throwing garbage and bottles at them makes them the best fans in the NFL. That makes them the biggest douchebags in the NFL. If you can't see that, then you are one. Ever hear of sportmanship?
