there is VERY CLEAR EVIDENCE of the FBI et al trying to seat clinton as president then trying to unseat trump when she failed to win a rigged election...your willingness to absolutely dismiss it while simultaneously blithering gump gump gump russia russia russia says that you don;t respect that trump is the duly elected president and don't care how he is removed as long as it happens...or that you are woefully uninformed/misinformed...

Yes, very clear indeed.

That's why during the election, the FBI publicly disclosed their investigation of Clinton but never mentioned their concurrent investigation of Gump. And after proclaiming they had no case against Clinton, what better way to insure her victory than to make a massive spectacle just days before the election of finding more possibly damaging emails on an aide's computer. Clinton's numbers dropped from 6 points ahead to just 3 points ahead after that "helpful" revelation, well within the margin of error.

The notion that FBI activities during the election were designed to help Clinton is patently absurd. But then the right went off the rails long ago, birtherism, Benghazi, Tower bugging, deep state, secret societies and incriminating memos no one can see.

At least now Gump has publicly affirmed he will testify under oath to Mueller. Wonder how long it'll take to walk that one back. Anyone seen those tax returns yet?

Clinton should be in jail for mishandling classified information. The FBI conspired to give her a pass.

yup a first year law student could come to that conclusion in a matter of minutes...hell even a 5th grader...

that obama communicated with her over that same server implicates him as well...

let's not forget the FBI failed to secure that server as evidence and allowed it to be destroyed...

this will be THE biggest political scandal in modern history when its all said and done...people WILL go to jail or seek refuge elsewhere...

As soon as you can prove she knowingly and willingly mishandled confidential information, then you might have a case. Of the over 30K Clinton emails, only 110 were found to contain classified information and none had classified markings. Clinton was not prohibited from using a private server and these emails would have landed on a unclassified system had Clinton used a .gov account.

So what about the FBI's October 28, 2016 proclamation of investigating new Clinton emails that ultimately turned out to be completely irrelevant? I suppose this was a very clever way of providing cover for FBI malfeasance while at the same time generating overwhelming momentum for a Clinton victory. Well played FBI.

Meanwhile, it's pretty clear none of this will deter Mueller the least bit, well except maybe the golf fee thing.

read the statute

(f) Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

(g) If two or more persons conspire to violate any of the foregoing provisions of this section, and one or more of such persons do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy, each of the parties to such conspiracy shall be subject to the punishment provided for the offense which is the object of such conspiracy.
(h)
you may NOT store ANY classified infor, marked such or not outside of a secure area such as a basement server...

it is also a violation of the federal records act to not retain any and all correspondence related to govt business...pretty sure its supposed to be on a .gov acct too...

you wanna give her a pass on that, meanhwile yer chasing fantasies about trump being removed from office for jaywalking in 1979 or some other ridiculous sh!t...

you absolutely refuse to acknowledge the overwhelming evidence of a coverup at the FBI while insisting on a fantasy that has produced zero evidence in a year plus...

the above was removed from comeys draft by strozock or however ya spell it...comey read what clearly indicated gross negligence then tried to apply intent to that...it's not required...

this will be revisited, clinton will face charges of gross negligence and/or someone(s) at FBI will take the fall for it...

this is a cleanup operation now to try and save some of those involved...

again this IS the biggest scandal of our lifetimes, yet it seems you have zero interest in even pondering the possibility of it's truth, only in it's being disproved...

eventaully it will aslo be prven the same tactics were used against romney

anyone w any integrity saw the ruse in play when Obama asked crowley to "get the transcripts" and defend him from romney's calling him a liar...

now use your brain how would obama possibly know, or even suspect that that crowley would have a "transcript" of him just sitting there printed up?

now use that thinking cap a little harder and look at the donna brazille feeding questions thing ...look at the DNC hosing bernie, look at the FISA abuse accusations ( and they are real, the flynn conversation was obtained by that surveillance)

and it's not hard to come to the conclusion that obama knew romeny was going to hit him w the liar shot and planned a counter, though I'm assuming it wasn't supposed to go down w obama begging candy but with candy interjecting, but hopey dope was on the ropes and jumped the gun...go watch it...

from that moment on it was obvious that nothing was "off the table"...

now look at what transpired since trump became the nom and then president...

you want me to ignore ALL of that yet you want trump convicted of being orange and removed from office...

like I said we're at an impasse here, and only one of us is right...and of course the opposite of right is, well, is it left or wrong? or are left and wrong synonyms?

You're quoting 18 USC 793 under the Espionage Act enacted during WW I. The Supreme Court in Gorin v. United States concluded the law required “intent or reason to believe that the information to be obtained is to be used to the injury of the United States.” Comey did not file charges against Clinton because of her obvious lack of intent, not some insidious pro-Clinton conspiracy fantasy now pushed by the right. Only one person has ever been charged under the gross negligence theory (a spy) and nobody has ever been convicted.

Article 92 of the UMC has a "knew or should have known" standard, but this does not apply to State Department civilians.

Nice try though.

not prosecuted under the gross negligence theory, sailor acted knowingly and willingly
All of this right wingnut outrage and festering conspiracy theories over whether an early FBI "Emailgate" document was changed from "grossly negligent" to "extremely careless" demonstrates either extremely shallow thinking or willful ignorance of the application of law to make a hyper-partisan accusation in the desperate attempt to divert attention from the ongoing Mueller investigation.

(Wow, got that out in one sentence.)
