Big thanks to a friend of shortski & madhatter

I was eating lunch at Bear Saturday and a guy came up to me asking if I had dropped anything. After a quick check of my pockets, I realized I was missing my cash (quite a bit too). I described approximately how much it was and the types of bills and he pulled it out of his pockets and handed it to me.

After talking with him a bit, we realized we both knew Shortski and Madhatter. He said his name was G*** (redacted) and that he skied every day with shortski the season he did every operating day. He also said he does the bum race with Madhatter.

Guys, I’m assuming you know who this is. Please send on my gratitude to him again. He has some good karma in the bank now!

There are nice people everywhere. So glad he was a Good Samaritan. I’m not surprised as he is a friend of Shortski and Hatter!

Not sure if the “you” you’re referring to is me or G***. If it’s me, thanks for the offer, but after the grease shower I got on Saturday, I think I’ll withdraw my membership invite to the Save the Snowdon Quad Society.

Being from Concord, NH I don't know what other options he would have had?

Dear Spanky,

All lifts drip grease in warm weather, especially drippy warm weather.

However SSQS members know which chair numbers are greasier than others. (think prime numbers)

Ha! Forget the chairs, the odd numbered towers are the worst!
