Anybody on here rent their condo out at mountain green through a management company separate from the main Mt green rental company that they can recommend to use for our condo.

Are you allowed to rent your condo through another company? As far as I know all my friends who own there use the Mountain Green Rental.

I’m not aware of any restrictions. My old landlord gave it a go on his own doing Airbnb/VRBO.

We use Homeaway.com which is actually linked to many sites.

Not the cheapest to use but at least YOU get all the money and it's pretty easy to use.

You do have to work a bit more with the rentals but like I said YOU get all the money

40% is cheap.

If you let Killington do it, it's over 50%.

That's why some do it themselves.

Maybe you should think about renting your place out long term (6 months). We rent out ours through Ski Country they get 10% and we get the cash up front, and the electric is in the tenants name. Beware of Mt. Green rental and Jacob very shady business practices, you'll pay a lot more than 50% with all their add on fees.

I LONG ago realized....if you want something done right?( and actually see a few bucks)...you do it yourself. My one bedroom....on E Mtn Rd... was better left rented as a year round lease...instead on weekend frat house renters. For those that still want to USE their place?...not an option. The rental groups a/k/a thieving bastards....have a 4 MONTH WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY...and the act on it.
