Any one else run into this. Found this email after a nice afternoon at the mountain.

Checked my bank account. They billed me 6 times today for one pass. I'm glad I can cover all that. Some people may be paying overdraft fees. So what kind of margins do I get for loaning Killington $520 for ten days? Thats a huge F#&K up on Killingtons part. I normally take the good with the bad when it comes to Killington. I draw the line when they touch my money.

Way to go dumbasses. You'd be an idiot to put this on anything but a carefully monitored credit card.

Checked my bank account this morning. Killington hit my account two more times. For a total of 8 charges on one pass. How does this happen?

Thanks to Killington's screw up my husband's Capital One MasterCard was hit 8 times so the CC company cancelled the card on him fearing fraud. Then they decided to call him with an explanation why. He is traveling right now and stuck without use of the card as they have to issue him a new one. He called Killington to find out what happened and some chucklehead mentioned the system glitch and offered an apology. Seems like they should be offering more than an "i'm sorry" due to all the inconvenience this is causing. Now he has to manually call and cancel all his revolving charges.

At least as of last night, they had not shut down my account. Good thing as I am also away on travel.

Seems to me that anyone whose card got charged more than once should get the month for free. Hitting someone up multiple times demands more than a simple "we're sorry for the inconvenience".

I got hit for $ 1700 bucks - Free stuff better be coming.

Blame HersheyHighwayStar. No doubt...he's at the root cause of all this....

How hard is it to call your credit card company and tell them to decline any further transactions other than one each month in the amount of "x" dollars?
