i've got a bike. an assembled one, too..

rode it when i got it home.

it's been a while since i was on a bike. forgot how hard hills are, even in the lowest gear..

B, I put bead tires on my Mtn Bike for the exercise and to improve my over the top rotation. The bead allows you to ride the road a bit easier. Great for 5 miles or so to get your legs going again. I did the Mtn Bike because it is easier to get on and off than the road bike.
