Stay to Stay Weekends are exploratory vacations designed for people who are interested in moving to Vermont. During a weekend away to the Green Mountains, networking events provide opportunities to connect with employers, realtors, community leaders, entrepreneurs, and potential neighbors who can provide insight about relocating to Vermont.

Here’s how Stay to Stay Weekends work:

Your Stay to Stay Weekend begins with a welcome reception hosted by a local chamber of commerce or young professionals network on Friday evening. You’ll chat with community and business leaders, as well as others looking to relocate to Vermont. Saturday and Sunday are unscheduled, allowing you to explore the region and experience the local community as a potential Vermonter.

For those with Friday conflicts or looking to do some skiing or riding at nearby ski resorts, Stay to Stay Ski Weekends are a great option for you. During Stay to Stay Ski Weekends, the welcome reception takes place Saturday evening at the ski resort after enjoying a day on the snow.

Monday morning you’ll have the option to meet with hiring managers and employer representatives, tour the area with realtors, or visit co-working and generator spaces.
