There were errors on both sides - Yanks were just able to take advantage of them better. A very sloppy game.

Yeah it was an extremely sloppy game on both sides, but a W is a W.

So is Pedro pitching on Sunday? I'll be interested to see him at the plate against the Yankees.

Yankees come out 2 - 1 for the weekend. That'll work.

Would someone please shoot the Yankee radio announcers? Susan Waldman (she spells both names differently I think) shouldn't be on the air. The extent of her analysis is the radar gun and her voice sounds like someone killing a cat; not to mention that she has a speech defect and her "s" comes out sounding like "sh". If someone put a radar gun on her brain it wouldn't break the speed limit! John Sterling starts a thought and stops in mid-sentence and doesn't complete the thought. There must've been three or four different times he said something that required follow up and then just left everyone hanging - and that was only in one inning. I'd rather listen to Phil Rizzuto list birthdays and restaurants and not even talk about the game. And that "Theeeeeeeee Yankees Win" at the end of a game is as annoying as the asshole who does college basketball on ESPN and goes "Yeah Baby!" more often than a porn star. These folks are so bad the make me long to hear Jerry Remy do Red Sox games and Tommy Heinsohn do the Celtics - I can't stand their teams or their coverage, and they're homers to the core, but at least they say something on occasion.

I love the team, bleed pinstripes and hate their radio announcers. Thank goodness I have the MLB package on TV and can watch them at home on TV and avoid their radio coverage.

The Yankees are still Pedro's daddy.

You got that right, Bubba. Even the TV on YES Sucks as bad as the radio, or maybe they are the radio. During the Sox Yankee series I turned to NESN so I could actually listen to the game.

If it gets much worse, I'll do like my grandfather did. Turn on the game, turn off the sound and sleep !

Francesca said last night that we need to forgive the young ones for the errors that blew the game because they are very exciting to watch and will bring many thrilling moments in the next months. Just wish they had not made those errors against the Yankees.

Yankees SUCK! For a $235 million dolar payroll they haven't shown me nuttin.
Do you realize Tampa Bay's ENTIRE PAYROLL IS 8 million.
Baltimore has a $77 million dollar payroll.
Boston $125 million.
Who are the Yankee's paying all this money to?

Brown,Giambi,Karsay and mr. error A-rod?
Oh and THE UNIT looks like a so-so pitcher. Not worth nearly the $15.5 million he is getting!
Has he beaten a team over .500 yet?
Just the facts here! Sorry
