Anyone know of any business opportunities in the K area.
Thinking about buying or starting a business and giving up my engineering career if an interview in Waitsfield next week doesn't work out.

If you can make "REAL PIZZA"...Your all set.Start it as a take out only>>you do the cooking.Low overhead.
Get a kid to do delivery on the access road only!!
Give the K-zone a discount
Sit back and count your money :wink:

Place rigtht next door to Pizza Jerks has closed under 2 owners in the past two seasons. Maybe that place is for sale.

You don't like Outback or the Jerks? I think Outback is ok and that comes from a NYC native. You can only make "real" pizza with NYC water but who's going to deliver NYC water to K.

Delivery service is a good idea. Get menu's from the local restaurants and put them together for a takeout service. Saw that at some other ski area.

What about a CLEANING SERVICE.
With all those condo's PLUS THE FUTURE EXPANSION a cleaning service will do $$$$$$.00
Have the girls uniform's resemble FRENCH MAIDS. :wink:

Yea but can they clean them all?Look at the expected growth.More cond'os mean more renters which means more cleaning needed!
Are all the current owners satisfied with the job they are doing?
Competition is good.
