We all know the answer to your question, well most of do. For the yahoo squids that don't, because it can't be blamed on Trump. Just like the tens of thousands of murders in places like Chicago and Baltimore that never get reported.

The left (the entire Democratic party and the mainstream media) doesn't want to talk about any gun violence that doesn't involve a crazed white guy using an "assault rifle". So 95% of the gun violence/deaths, they don't want to talk about because it doesn't fit their political agenda of blaming Trump, blaming white males, and taking gun rights away.

Circumstances of gun violence and left's interest in discussing/politicizinig:
White male - very interested, must be a white nationalist, is a "terrorist"
White male that espoused possible right wing beliefs - talk all day about it
White male that espoused left wing beliefs - ignore, must truly be a crazy person
Black gun violence - completely ignore. Or caused by racism
Used an assault rifle - talk all day about it, need to ban those guns whatever they are
Used a handgun - is there such a thing as an "assault handgun"?
Used an unlicensed weapon - silence and head scratching
Used a licensed weapon - ban all guns
Used a licensed weapon but safety checks not followed - ban all guns, nobody held accountable

Great summary. I found it stunning and blatantly racist that NPR needed to point out multiple times that it was a "WHITE MALE" in TX and OH.
