I could't believe this when I read it on their website. You are required to purchase uphill an uphill ticket for hiking, skinning or snowshoeing for $10 with the ticket in full view at all times. And you can't be up there after dark. Such crap. I can't tell you how many times this Hump has hiked up and down this mountain both day and night, even taking the summit ridge trail to Haystack or the old Somerset Rd trail off the North Face down to the rez. Only once did I have an issue wit some pissy ski patrolerwho was doing a final trail check and he told me to turn around. So I did, but as soon as he got ahead of me, I turned around again and kept going up. "Later sucka!"
