Question is, is this intentional by the ChiComs?

And they say it's pretty serious not just towards your health but everyday life.

stock market is taking a beating over this....

whats behind D's asking for 8 billion ( vs 2.5 billion appropriated) my guess is if things spiral out of control they can blames R's and trump for not approving or agreeing...he should sign whatever bill house and senate pass...make sure funds are only dispersed as necessary not just carte blanche...

as far as the market goes it seems the US will remain the cleanest dirty shirty while all others continue to get dirtier by far...but that doesn't necessarily bode well for the continue to buy and hold majority of 401k investors....

the market has been due for a "revaluation" for quite some time now...is this the catalyst or just a large blip?

what about social implications? I'm not sure we've had any kind of pandemic scare with this kind of potential during the "information age"...

The only reason the world economy hasn't crashed yet because of it is that the MSM hasn't figured out a way to blame Trump for the collapse. Trump has been advocating a pull back from Asia for decades. Trump can say I told you so.

If Trump gets the credit when the market soars, shouldn’t he get the credit credit when it tanks?

Well, they have decided that the narrative will be that administration is unprepared for the virus and has be squandering the last two months not preparing enough for it. Checkmate Drumpf!

Aside from Trump’s normal incoherent speaking, I don’t think there’s been much of a mismanagement of response. What is there one case in the US?

I don’t think it’s fair to praise Trump for market ups and then blame a DNC conspiracy for markets dipping.

Aside from Trump’s normal incoherent speaking, maybe yer just not smart enough to comprehend? or you choose not to... I don’t think there’s been much of a mismanagement of response. What is there one case in the US?

clearly you don't think...you regurgitate what you are told by your masters...

it's pretty obvious what is driving the current selloff...unless trump created and spread the coronavirus I'm not sure how he gets the blame...conversely when policy is set that drives the market higher ( or lower) the policy is the driver...

China is at a virtual standstill right now and may be for quite some time...many other countries are also affected to a lesser degree....this is disrupting supply chains, tourism, day to day activities and purchases etc...

if you actually were thinking, that would be obvious to you...

if yer just attempting to troll, congrats...your credibility is worthless...if you really believe what you just posted yer a mindless idiot....either way you seem to insist on spewing your masters narrative...

ya gotta do what they tell you... :zzz

I think it is pretty objective to say that Trump's strength is not the spoken word, and he is borderline incoherent. This is true regardless of your political persuasion.

I dunno about all that...it think it depends a lot on your perspective...he's been very successful and w/o a doubt talking/speaking is a large part of that success...

I hated him as the apprentice, USFL, trump towers, casino owning jetset bigshot etc...but plenty of people LOVED it...many of them are/were of leftist persuasion...most of them now despise him and can't see ANY good in any thing he does...

I was soo pissed when he decided to run...but by the time he destroyed jeb and rubio it was obvious he was for real and I expected him to have a good showing against HRC and likely come up short in the end ...but when he shrugged off the access hollywood hitjob it became obvious that he actually had a bonafide shot at an "upset"....

political persuasion has a LOT to do with whether one finds him incoherent or not...easy enough for me to comprehend...conversely I couldn't stand obama's stuttering sing song droning cadence and fell asleep nearly every time I watched him...politics likely had a lot to do with that too..

Nearly 100% agree with your Trump wrap-up. He was never my first choice. Pretty sure he had to pinch himself after the election when he realized that he had pulled off the improbable. Liked listening to Obama as he had a very southing tone.

Watching Trump try to walk back / clarify his “hoax” comment was painful to listen to.

I just saw both the question and his answer and the only painful part about it is your trying to carry water for the Dems.
