Going way back...

What resorts have you skied at?
November 10, 2004!

And
How many have you skiied?
May 17, 2008!
Never argue with idiots. They will bring you down to their level, then overwhelm you with their experience.

I was cleaning an area in my cellar around the same time you made this post last night and just threw away a Prospect Hill ticket/wicket! Unlike my friends when we were young, I didn't gather a big bunch of prior tickets on my jacket, I used to cut the wicket and hang the tix on metal shelves, and those shelves have moved with me a few times- I guess that little one got stuck in one of the braces (I would start fresh each season). If you had asked me yesterday prior to seeing it if I ever even heard of Prospect Hill I would have said no, let alone that I skied there!

And I didn't know there was anyone who skied in the 70's that didn't ski at Kings Ridge, how is that not on a list here?

Very cool. That is a piece of history. I added to my post that they are now on NELSAP.

We lived not more than 10 minutes from Prospect Hill. They had an "after school special" for something like $4 for a student ticket. Would usually go once a week or so through the winter.

$3.25 was the price stamped on the tix, that part cracked me up, that they would bother going the extra 25 cents or that after buying I'd have to have change in my pocket. Then again, I bought it with paper-route money, so I may have used all change to buy it!
