Remember, 2019, most pass sales were done BEFORE the Peaks purchase, so they are comparing apples to oranges. Katz is being SMART. At some point Vail will implode like ASC did. He is getting out before it tips so he looks clean. I'm sure he knows how long the fuse is.

He must be unloading stock, it's down around $50 from it's recent highs. Currently trading around $285.
