22/23 Season Passes
Pass pricing for 22/23 is up on the website. Pretty big jump from $1029 last year to $1099 this year - I think 2 years ago an unlimited pass was $949 or $959, that is a lot over 2 years.

When CPI is at 8% it doesn't seem out of line. Labor + energy costs up more than that, assuming staffing and service levels are maintained.
Re: 22/23 Season Passes
Keep in mind they did not raise prices from 2019-2020 into 2020-2021, and I'm not sure if they even raised prices from last season into this season. So that means you can expect a larger increase this year.

When you're shelling out a grand for a pass, $70 bump is a lot? Interesting...

Its what skiing should cost... Don't get me wrong I like my cheap epic pass, but you have to deal with what comes with it. Being my local mountain is Epic, I really don't have a choice.

Re: 22/23 Season Passes
add the base Ikon for $450 more. It still bothers me that I shell out $1000+ for a Killington pass and I cant use it at other Powdr properties or at the very least get a discount on tickets
Re: 22/23 Season Passes
We deal with what comes with it anyway since Killington is on Ikon.jimmywilson69 wrote: ↑Mar 15th, '22, 11:07 Its what skiing should cost... Don't get me wrong I like my cheap epic pass, but you have to deal with what comes with it. Being my local mountain is Epic, I really don't have a choice.
Agree - at that price point it would be nice to at least include the other Powdr properties.
With the way the pass models have done, essentially if you are a Sugarbush or Stratton passholder (IKON unlimited resorts) you get access to Killington and many others, but us Killington passholders get nothing extra.

I'd have to look back but pretty sure over the past 3 years it was $969, $1,029 and now $1,099

Any way you look at it, even with the increases, passes today remain cheap compared to the crazy prices for day tickets.
Re: 22/23 Season Passes
My first thought reading this thread also. When I walked away from the ticket window after purchasing next season Cannon pass, the person I was riding with says "how much was it?", and I answered I don't know. (looking now it is $449 midweek w/blackouts, includes BrettonWoods and a free tix voucher)newpylong1 wrote: ↑Mar 15th, '22, 09:22 When you're shelling out a grand for a pass, $70 bump is a lot? ps Wait, the Captain has the answer how expensive the K pass got (one of my most read posts here at my time on Kzone, up there with Reno guaranteeing snowmaking and Killington opening for the season!!) Reno- haven't heard from you lately?!?
