I read this entire thread and by the end had major tears. Thanks so much for all the kind words I really appreciate it. She was so much more than just my wife and that's very evident by what you all said.

Very sad news. RIP Maria. I'm glad I got to say hi one last time on the access road this spring.

My condolences to Ski Dork and iceman. Maria would always make fun of my Kchat/Kzone moniker (1918) until I had to change it.

She will be missed by many and is definately a Killington legend. May she rest in peace.

My condolences to the family, Marie was an inspiration to the Killington skiing community and I would agree with a previous post the energizer bunny on skis. She will be missed at KSC.

Deepest sympathies and condolences to Dork and Tyrolean Skiers family and friends. We never met her but surely we skied the same snow and ride the lifts on same days.

We will miss Tyrolean Skier’s super detailed daily ski reports! While often chock full of soooo many daily details, her review of snow and trail conditions helped us many weeks on Go/No Go decisions to make the drive to K.

RIP, Ty. Thanks for the positive energy and snow reports.

Heartbroken to hear the news about Ty. Skied many days years ago at the 10s with Ty, iceman and many other zoners. It is hard to think of a better ambassador of the mountain. I wish I stopped by to say hello at the last bmmc. My thoughts to Dork and Iceman.

I first met Ty at a 10am back in 2005. She soon had me on Double Dipper in skis way before I was ready! I met many KZoners thanks to her. She was indeed the heart and soul of KZone, and every prior version of it, since I first logged on in 2004. She even kept us linked with her Zoom HH's during Covid lockdown. I will miss her.

Are you friends with Dork on FB? Maybe ask him there. Otherwise maybe the American Cancer Society in Ty’s name? Thanks
