New Blue Northbrook trail

We know blue trails are frequent on the map, but in reality in short supply.

I was riding up the Northbrook Chair a few days a go, and wondered why the closed liftline under the chair was never opened. Sure people ski it, but I don't think it ever had a rope drop. It's not on the map.

Why not make it a trail? Sure it needs some holes filled and stump/boulder mitigation, but it's a nice blue pitch. Then to make it full length, cut the top half in parallel to High Road keeping it close so you don't obliterate Stairs. Groom it less often so it is a Blue bump run, something lacking at K that's longer than Ridge Run, but groom it to keep it blue level easy bumps. Cut it moderately narrow, Ridge Run width. No new lift required, adds a trail to "The Chair to Nowhere" and half of it is already cut.

No way, don’t cut up The Stairs! Also, that stream at the bottom where you come out of the stairs into the lift line takes a long time to freeze up.

Call it Moose Droppings because it's a terrible idea.

I don't think it buys you much. Regardless, I'll often bail on the stairs at the Snowshed Crossover anyway, the lower half is kind of a PITA. I'm curious that it shows the exit crossing under the Northbrook Quad and exiting onto Lower High Road. I've never done that; usually just exit towards the right, back onto the bottom of Vertigo.
