It's not global warming, it's global scorning:

We are in a snow hole.

Nice, thanks for the update MM. Had an event down here in joisey last night and have to take care of something this morning but will be chasing the backside of this storm up later this morning. Hoping to be up in time for an afternoon/evening powder ride on the sleds. Going to be one big wind hold on the mountain today but tomorrow should be stellar.

5 3/4" on the deck at 7am, 31 degrees. Snow leaves little curds when you shovel it, and not only makes a snowball, but creaks as you squeeze it. Temp is forecast to stay essentially the same, dropping two degrees late this afternoon. Hopefully higher is colder.

41 degrees and there's a light spit dripping from the sky. The snow is soft, but in a damp ominous way. It's going to go below freezing around 2-3am. Not to be pessimoosetic, but tomorrow it's back to eastern reality.

think the snowmaking trails will survive through sunday. some nats won't. lower royal flush is bare. the lower section of old supe could be gone tomorrow. the exit from lower o was a ribbon this morning. north star another one hanging by a thread.

At least we've got Lower O this year so we don't have to cut back to Superstar. Glad to hear that things are holding up.

What's the story up there? Looked like the snow may have held on long into the night? Radar looks like its finishing as some sort of liquid

At 2100, 31 degrees, mild breeze - appears to be about an inch of snow - cannot tell if any precip falling! Plow just went by rear of building and did not have wipers on! Be safe out there!

Edit to add: Could be more snow than what’s on railing - not sure how much🤷‍♀️

if Okemo stake is showing 6-8 I'd assume that northridge elevation got at least that much.
