friday 5/12 report

Post by skiadikt »

the needle was pinned out there today. sunshine and warm temps. they did a pretty wide groom on supe and also fixed the tower 3 trouble spot. while they erased all of the lower left bumps, they did leave a couple lines on skiers left upper & middle.

the groom skied beautifully at the open. the friday weathered down bumps are my faves. bell-to-bell day.

Mid-Day Report: Just about perfect.

Mostly sunny and just the right temp. Lot's of good skiers/riders out there.

Perfect Apres-Ski weather as well.

just wondering.... when I'm retired and skiing every lift served day, what's to stop me from sauntering over to SS scanners mid day beer in hand, and scanning myself every 10 minutes? I could rack up a lot of 'vertical'. Get myself a nice Yeti cooler.

I believe its GPS by the lift ride not the scanner. Not every lift has a scanner,
