What's your factual basis for believing that Biden meets either of these definitions? You've made a conclusory statement that includes no evidence, as well as an ad hominem, but presented no facts. In another thread you cited to what you thought was a fact, but it turned out to be a lie from right-wing media. Are you just repeating what you heard on right-wing media?

As much as I can't stand his politics and stealing a SCJ seat, I do feel bad for the guy.

No clue why these folks don't retire at a reasonable age and enjoy life. Almost all of them can easily afford to. I'm only 47 and do enjoy my work, but id retire tomorrow if I could afford to. Life is so short. Why work into your 80s?
