Not to be a K apologist, but the condition report and trail/lift status must be a pain in the ass to maintain. 22 lifts and 150 trails is a lot to keep track of (esp. compared to Jay Peak). Multiple people (mechanics, groomers, ski patrol, etc.) need to communicate quickly and accurately.

There must be industry best-practice or a technological solution. Sounds like a good project for an IT/Data Scientist intern.

It’s really not that hard. 10+ years ago I had more lifts and trails then this and an app on my phone and computer. Maybe 5-8 people had access. Could make any change instantly and updates pushed. I’m sure today there is something even better in place. Just have to use it….
