This bodes well for Great Gulf and the new village.

The Killington area certainly seems to be on the upswing after languishing, if not decaying, for decades.

Location is key. Post and beam. Good looking place. Custom building is not cheap. I just did A 300K addition. Back in the day I could build a complete home. With land and sell it for 300. Make a nice profit. Those days are gone.

There are quite a few people that own both VT and western ski homes/condos for FAR less than that price range.

The builders I have been working for say $450/square foot and up these days.
