If only that shag carpet could talk...

Bet it could tell a few tales from yesteryear back in the good old days of Killington.

"weird" and "character" are good in moderation... that just looks like an absolute nightmare to renovate into something partially decent. Place looks like it was built in 1970 and then never touched.

Who wouldn't want a ski house with a strippers pole in it?

The whole place screams 70's porn.

I was OK with the stripper pole, even the carpeting, but the meat hook hanging on a pulley had me scratching my head...

The pole show is a stunt spectacular. Girls need a safety line...

I love how they call the stripper pole a “fire pole”! Like someone is really going to land on that tile landing. If so, that’s an insurance claim waiting to happen.

Obviously some serious water damage in several of the photos.

Some other interesting tidbits:
Picture 7: 8 track stereo with stacks of 8 track tapes. Also, the swing in the middle of the room!
Picture 8: Are those chains really holding up the fireplace?
Picture 12: WTF are all the wall switches for???
Picture 23: shag carpet in the bathroom??? Ewww!
Picture 25: a sink in the bedroom? Or is that a bed in the bathroom?
Picture 28: it looks like that 2x4 structure is intended to stop the roof from collapsing.

I can just about smell the mold in these pictures!
Never argue with idiots. They will bring you down to their level, then overwhelm you with their experience.

So what's the back story with this house? Made to look like 1979 or the owner died in 1979 and they finally settled the estate?
