Breakfast Recommendations

Post by lifeisgood »

Heading up in a couple of weeks for some mid-week skiing and was wondering who does a decent sit down breakfast these days? Sugar and Spice is a given, but are there any other recommendations, particularly on the mountain road? Last winter, we tried what used to be Johnny Boy's (can't remember what it's called now) and it wasn't so great - but I don't know if we just hit it on a bad day, or what. Not sure where else to try?

Is Drewski's still there? It used to be a good place to go on bad weather days.

What was the place on Killington road sort of across from the basin that used to have the oranges slide down a ramp from high up? I used to love having breakfast there.

Dream Maker makes an excellent steak and egg sandwich. They have tables in the back.

+1 for dream makers. The beast and a coffee is a great start to our Sundays.
