Afternoon Pico Report: Wow - Nice change of pace ! Right up there with best snow coverage I've seen there over the years. Mostly plusses re: not being as skied in as K as well as facing north for the most part [woods were great]. Top 2/3 or so were the best with "pow" vs the . more snowball snow nearer the bottom. Am sure K was great as well.
ROTD: Giant Killer -> Giant/Birch Woods. Even the entrance to GK was snow. A bit of scratch here and there [from the December r*in/freeze sh*t] but easy to avoid, great cover, and soft POW bumps. Woods below excellent until the "packed snow" line.
Thanx K/P for running the Outpost chair. All good over there, including the woods.
Honorable mention to Summit Glades -> Sunset Woods.
Quite a few peeps sking the Little Pico Triple lift line from the top. Haven't seen that, or done that, in quite a while.
