Afternoon shift, conditions were bright sun and softening snow. Rode the lift up with Skiergirl, skied with skiadkt a bit. SBF and friends passed us repeatedly. Ovation has farther spaced bumps and a solid runout. Except for a few sharks teeth making an appearance. Beers with RustyK at the Ubar and then joined the Coyden gathering in Bay 2. Great short day.

Re: Friday 4 26 24
today had to be a dream. the sunshine meter was pinned. bluebirds were up there making a racket. bell-to-bell followed by some tailgating at the "coyden". pretty good crowd on hand.
at the bell - firm, fast & furious as things did freeze up overnight. ran A,B and C which all went through the usual phases of spring skiing. by 10:30 D (panic/needles) was ready and that got a number of repeats. nice soft corned bumps. run of the morning. E mid ovation was as moose described. widely spaced bumps. our "nature walk" F was our rotd. perfectly ripe corn for the harvest.
after lunch returned to disappointedly find panic/needles closed. not sure why (maybe highlander broke) so that left laps on mid o/lower supe to close it out. supe never developed real bumps. for the most part widely spaced piles.

I skied the afternoon... really really good. The trees just off lower superstar skiers right was my ROTD. WROTD was bittersweet... too many Jerry's. Took my first spring tumble on skyehawk. Corn up my hoodie.

Panic closed for Hannah filming session. Too bad, I went over too, but it okay as Bitter was empty and great. Beautiful day all around.

Great power hour for me and Skiergirl.
Umbrella bar scene also good.
Surprise visit from Spanky at Yoshi.
Planning on a Kzone bay one bbq Saturday near the gate for anyone who wants to stop by.
Should be good.

Afternoon Report: Great spring day though not quite as good as Tuesday. Definitely more peeps and associated traffic.
ROTD: Middle O -> Supe. Widely spaced bumps as others have pointed out [on both Middle O and Supe] but getting better each run til closing bell.
Only did laps on Middle O -> Supe and Supe TTB itself.
Great day.
