Good luck with the shoulder repair tomorrow. Tell the doc you only want a local anesthesia and a nerve block in the neck. The block should last till the next day and keep most of the pain away the first night.
Make sure they give you a script for Percocet and/or Vicodin.
P.S. Tomorrow will be 6 weeks post-op for me and I'm now out of the sling (indoors only).
