What the hell is a fairing? Checked the website and still couldnt really figure it out. Says it lowers wind noise...for what? Does it go on the front or back of the vehicle?

The front--- goes from the top of the windshield to the front bar of your rack.
Its a wind deflector.

Just a waste of $$ IMHO

Hehe.. Why do you think I'm selling it on Ebay?
Bought it for fuel efficiency - found that it lost me about 40 miles per tank!!

Hate to part with it though - the bling factor was cool.

Thanks for asking the question Stormy. I didn't know what it was either but did not want to ask for fear of being called a dumb female. Also did not have time to go searching the web for an answer.

I bet you could have found it if you gave up a little of your K-Zone time...

By the way, I can't believe how much it sold for: more than $40!

I liked the way it looked, but it wasn't worth that much used.. hell it's not worth that much new! (although people pay it..)
