We have ski shares (full, half or qtr) available in our 3 Bedroom/2 Bath Pico Condo - "I" Building. NO bunk beds - only 2 per room. Ski-in/ski-out straight to Lift at Pico. Beautiful, fully modern condo with all menities including fire place, W/D, cable, DVD. We have an easy-going group that LOVES to ski. Only 5 minutes drive to Snowshed/Killington base lodge or just ski over to the free shuttle at Pico base.
The condo sleeps a total of 8 people -- Bedroom #1: 1 Queen Bed (2
people), Bedroom #2: 2 Twin beds (2 people), Bedroom #3: 2 Twin beds (2 people) and sofa sleeper reserved for guests in living room (2 people).
We do not have bunk beds and schedule no more than 2 people per bedroom.
Available Nov – May. Prices for the shares are below and include all house/kitchen staples, firewood, utilities/cable, and cleaning service.
Quarter share is $695 per person + refundable damage deposit, 1 weekend per month including 1 holiday weekend of choice, limited mid-week use, when room is available - use on non-scheduled weekends.
Half share is $1200 per person +, 2 weekends per month, 2 holiday
weekends of choice, mid-week use, when room is available - use on
non-scheduled weekends.
Full share is $2000 per person - entire seasons, mid-week use.
We are VERY flexible with scheduling and usually have empty room at the condo to accommodate everyone's personal schedules that change during the season, particularly at the last minute. When there is room, you are
also welcome to come up on non-scheduled weekends.
