Here's your chance to escape the dreary city in the winter!

Shares available in a fun, ski-hard/play-hard house. Late 20s/Early 30s, 50/50 guy to girl ratio. Laid-back atmosphere- no strict rules, schedules, chore assignments, etc. Basically just want to find a good group of people who will equally share the cost and responsibilities of running a house. If you're looking for a quiet house where everyone is tucked into bed by 10pm, this is not the house for you. We usually hit the bars at night then get up relatively early to get a full day of skiing/riding.

Details: 5bed/2ba, 2 living areas, large deck, off Access road, plenty of parking.
Shares are $1250/person - no half or quarter shares.


NO full-timers (that is, this is intended to be a weekend share house. coming up during the week once in a while is fine, but don't move your stuff in and start having your mail forwarded)
NO kids
NO pets
NO bad attitudes
