At the very least, Brighton, Alta, and Solitude are only open until the middle of April, I believe Ap...

After 75 and in light traffic they are useless. You gonna get caught. I have found the basic rules work most of the time, and have not had a ticket since. City streets, 5 MPH over MAX. School zone, slower. State roads, 2 lanes or 4, 10 MPH MAX. Highways you can get away with 10 to 15, but usually j...

I use a BEL. It's good as well. Escort and Beltronics are owned by the same company, their detectors are nearly identical. Also, since vt staties mainly use k and ka band, you can detect them well over a mile away, even when they are moving in the opposite direction. Trust me, they are worth their ...

Any radar detector under $200 is pretty much garbage. Do yourself a favor and invest in either a escort passport 8500 x50 or a valentine1. I have the x50 and will swear by it. It has saved my ass many times, the most recent being yesterday when some vermont statie lasered me.

mapquest says 4 hours, the best ive done is in the vicinity of 3. driving up with the cruise set at 83 isnt usually a problem at all, there are however a few spots where it is wise to go slow. early mornings, the cops up 91 usually arent too bad. ct cops are not a major concern, but mass cops are, e...

After having my board stolen last year, i bring my board with me whenever i go inside. Even though i get yelled out constantly i refuse to leave my board, even locked, outside. Im not willing to loose another $500 board with $270 bindings on it. Not so unwilling as to part with a $2 fee to check th...

I also made the 5 hour trek up from ct with my dad, two brothers, and two of our friends and i must say that the conditions were outstanding, especially considering there was no man made snow. There were freshies to be had all day on reserved trails which was amazing because we normally never get th...
