I have 3. Would love to get a few more, but time and money (and my wife) are obstacles right now.

Bubba! You can't be serious!?!? Maybe the bullpen that follows Pedro, but not Pedro. Did you see his numbers from Sunday's start? Why can't the Sox get pitchers like that?

Sounds like you had the same procedure as I did. They explained it the same way, just pulling up the ACL through the port in my thigh. They didn't even stitch that, just have a band aid on a small hole. Pretty cool stuff! Can't wait to get off the crutches again though. How much time did you take o...

I was off crutches in about 2 weeks, although I tried not to walk very far. Wasn't until about 3-4 weeks that I felt totally comfortable without them. Cold therapy was about 2 weeks, as well. Never went on a CPM. I did all my therapy on my own. Something like 4 times a day, bending and flexing from ...

I saw Star Wars when I was too young to remember most of it. I saw Empire in the theater when I was about 10 and thought it was cool at the time. Saw it again on tv about a month ago and realized it kinda sucked. Jedi I saw in the theater, and thought that sucked at the time. Haven't bothered with ...

Yeah, Shea Hillenbrand for Byung-Hyun Kim. That one's starting to look like a Jeff Bagwell for Larry Andersen trade. for who? The D-Backs turned around and traded Hillenbrand to the Blue Jays for a minor leaguer. At least when the Sox trade him, they were getting major leaguer, even if he end up cr...

Jessica Alba looks like she's wilting away, too. Not a great Top 10, but I do like the picks of Jennifer Garner and Angelina Jolie, not necessarily in those spots, though. How did the chick from the OC make it? And I hope that's just a bad picture of Brittney Murphy. I don't know who she is, but she...

Re: Ligaments, I don't need no stinkin ligaments

Yesterday was his first day back out on the course. His doctor basicaly told him, go try it...be real gentle, swing easy...if it doesn't hurt by all means play. He wore a nasty brace, but said the only pain he felt was the brace pinching him when he swung. I could have sworn he said he tore 5 ligam...

Re: Ligaments, I don't need no stinkin ligaments

He tore every ligament in his right knee...MCL, ACL, LCL, meniscus (is there another one). I was surprised that 2 months later he was walking and able to play golf, but I guess he went right in for the surgery as his lower leg was basically flapping in the wind at that point. did he get his PCL? theknot.com is a popular one. A few of my friends have used it. I happen to fall in the camp opposite MarieM on this one. Can't stand those things.
