I am surprised that they do not have marketing materials hyping the changes plastered on the walls in the lodges. They have large crowds this weekend and they are missing the opportunity to get those people excited to come back in 2019.

@Random1- If you haven't eaten at Birch Ridge in the past year, I suggest you give it another try. They have a new chef in the past 18 months. The new guy is bringing creativity and quality that was missing.

The infatuation with Choices is because the quality is higher than almost all of the other restaurants.
