So very sad. Ty was the heart and soul of KZone. Most of the Zoners I know are due to the 10 AM meetings she always advocated and attended in the early KZone days 20+ years ago.
RIP Ty. Condolances skidork and iceman

Re: Transitioning to bike Season
Greetings from Killington Bike Park! It's been a busy summer at the Bike Park but never too busy to get a few laps in—after all, we do have to test the product. We hope you’ve been finding the time to enjoy the park too. All of us here at Killington are proud of the progress our crew has made this ...

Re: Mtn Man and AllyKatt at BMMC
With the Mogul Challenge looking like a bust this year, thinking a Kzone Happy hour at The Foundry or somewhere else at 5 on Saturday. This way everyone in the area can stop by and say hello to Mtnman. Any other idea's will be considered. http://www.killingtonzone.com/albums/album259/ParkCity09_145...

Re: Thursday 1/28
Only saw Airplane once at the Filmore East even though they were my favorite band growing up. Grace was getting laid in a room upstairs before the show. Just happened to catch it when someone opened the door to the room as I was walking by. I did get to see Kantner with Starship on one of the piers...

Re: Sunday Noon Roll Call ....
I'll be there. I was heading up for a boys golf weekend (which means mtn biking for me) anyway, so I will bike in the cold on Saturday afternoon and ski on Sunday. This will be my first opening day since the classic powder opening 10 years ago, and my first time doing the stairs. I'm gonna ride my ...

Re: We Will Get By, We Will Survive!!!!
Never saw a dead show, always thought about going. Too late. Never been to a show either. Most of the music is too boring and doesn't do anything for me. But the partying would've been fun! https://sp.yimg.com/ib/th?id=HN.608050460355330440&pid=15.1&P=0 If you'd actually have been do ...

Re: MOUNTAIN BIKING AT KILLINGTON - DEDICATED THREAD
It's not about biking at K but I checked out a couple new places down here in NY. Actually one was in Joisey. Ringwood park in Ringwood, NJ. Very big area with a lot of trails. Very technical riding. All rocks. Like miles and miles of baby head rock gardens. Lot of switch backs and good flow. Tough...

Re: MOUNTAIN BIKING AT KILLINGTON - DEDICATED THREAD
I will be heading up to VT this weekend, and plan to ride K both Saturday and Sunday. If anyone is interested in riding let me know and we can meet up. I'm looking forward to riding the new Snowshed terrain. Also seeing the big K busy with Summer activities. Most times I have been up in the summer i...

Re: 2015 El Nino Strongest since 97 98
My memory is not great but I remember 97-98 sucking. We had some big storms but also some big ice and r*in and prolonged warm weather. Wasn't 97 the big October dump that opened the whole mountain for a couple of days? Or at least allowed for rope ducking all over? El Niño is bad news for northeast...

So Ty, now that we are on the topic of proper grammar, why don't you fix the error in the subject line of your 2014-2015 ski days post?
